The following is a simple test of your PC and Internet connection, which you can do yourself.  It will only take a minute.  Technical know-how is not required because the test will automatically extract any technical data.

The technical data extracted during the test will be stored by us for an understanding of the range of systems used by our clients.  This data will not be used for any other purpose, nor will it be released to any third party, other than in a summarised format which removes the identity of the entity or person conducting the test.

This data relates to:

• Your unique organisation and PC details;
• Website parameters routinely provided by your web browser, such as browser type, operating system, IP address, etc;
• The presence of specific browser ‘plugins’, such as Adobe Acrobat reader and ECW viewer (required for our Map Viewer product);
• The calculated data throughput (speed) of your internet connection.
